cant boot in normal mode

windows98, its still cant boot in normal
(it has only AD-aware SE personal,its been installed before it got problem in booting, so the pc as of now is running in safe mode, cant installed anything)
can somebody check problem below
i tried to run Ad-Aware SE personal in safemode
(its not updated for 365days because i cant go in internet) it got 162 spyware mostly dangerous

i dont know some of them, do you have idea which the one i can delete?

is there any possibilty to installed program (like CCleaner, Spybot S&D and other malware solution) while running in safemode

note:no access in internet
