I am new here. I looked at the READ ME FIRST thread before posting. I have a virus. I have Windows XP on the computer. I can"t boot up to windows. Just before it begins to boot up I see the blue screen and it immediately reboots and starts the process over again. When I try to enter the bios and attempt to go to safe mode the arrows on keyboard will not work so I am unable to toggle to safe mode or last known good configuration. Any suggestions?

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

What makes you think you have a virus? More problems with blue screens are related to problem within Windows itself then they are problems with a virus. Were you having actual virus/malware detections on your PC prior to this bootup problem occurring?

You could try the below procedure from Microsoft to attempt to restore an older registry hive to see if that allows you to boot. You will need your Windows XP boot CD.
