Can't connect to EA

Oh wonderfull wizards of MG.com .. I need your help again.


I can't connect to 95% of EA's websites on this computer. This makes it impossible to authorize the DLC for Mass Effect 2 or even try the browser based Tiger Woods Online beta. I've been fighting with it for 4 days now. The two other computers on my network don't have this problem so it's not my router or ISP.

Widows Firewall is off. It has been switched on and off to make sure it didn't get enabled somewhere.
Peerblock is off.
The Hosts file is clean.
I can ping and traceroute ea servers and it works fine. Everything else times out. This includes mutiple browsers and games.

Any more ideas?
