Cant connect to internet after virus removals

I tried winsock fixes, netsh commands, reinstalling drivers and everything. Nothing seems to work. I can connect my router, but it wont get a net connection. When I goto the details of my connection, I can see only a few bytes are being sent. Its like 376 bytes being sent...which is nothing.

Can someone help?

As you have obviously had a malware issue, we need to ascertain that your machine is completely clean before spending time troubleshooting other possibilities. You need to work through the Read and Run Me First link and post up the requested logs in your Malware Forum thread. An Authorized Malware Fighter will then assess for you whether your machine is clean and if not, instruct you step-by-step how to clean it.

Once you have a clean bill of health from them, you can come back to this thread if you are still have connectivity issues.
