cant connect

i have been downloading music from shareaza and edonkey with no problems as of now i cannot connect to either shareaza just says connecting to the internet for hours,also i cannot connect to edonkey now,also i cant access hotmail from the task bar i have to get it from google something strange is going on i have run spybot,adaware,avg,some spyware programs which all come up clean,hope someone can help me thanks in advance
