Can't Delete Outlook Mails

    Something has happened where I began receiving multiples of the same mail, I think I received a corrupted message and it has really damaged my Outlook. I now cannot even delete mails from my Inbox. Other than going in, highlighting, and deleting mails, is there a backend way I can delete them?
