cant delete win32 rukap-ik trojan

this trojan pops up when i scan with avast a virus,i get option of delete or move to virus vault.then when i deletre and reboot and do a scan its back.i tried in safe mode,but nothing showed up.my windows explorer is always closing down when i try to open folders.any ideas ,thanks.
