Can't do anything!!

    When i go through the normal process of logging on, I get to the desktop but there are no icons, start menu, I can't bring of task manager. It's useless

    When trying to boot any of the three safe modes, the system gets a BSOD with a STOP 0x0000007E 0xc0000005 0x80537009 0xF7AC2508 0xF7AC2204.

    The last file before the BSOD is a system driver mups.sys

    I have no clue how to get any processes started to get most like Antivirus 2010 malware/tojans off of the computer.

    You will need to make a post in the software forum so that they can hopefully get you up and running enough to run scans and produce logs, in which case when that happens, you can return to this thread and we can begin the malware removal process. :)
