Can't do windows update

I am not seeing any malware. You should not have items in your internet trusted zone. They are unnecessary.

Let's do this:

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

Please try running the below online scan:

Reboot immediately after scanning if it finds and removes anything. Let me know if anything was found. It does not save a log.

Just to be safe, please run this: GMER - running with a random name and attach the log from GMER.

Can you boot to safe mode? Can you run SAS there?
