Can't Download The Malware Removal/cleaning Programs

Hello;

I'm having some malware pop-up & redirecting problems.

I'm trying to go thru the read & run Malware Removal/Cleaning Procedure

When I click the link for Malwarebytes Anti-Malware I get a blank page that says cookie (1x1)
IDK if you can see it too:

And when I go directly to Malwarebytes to download it, what I download looks different than your instructions.

And when I click on MGTools it won't open the download page at all.

Any advice please?

OKay I got MGTools to download, but now as it is running I'm getting a pop up for a licensing agreement for trendmicro hijack this, is this part of MGTools? I'm so confused.

Let's attempt to simplify things for you by starting with this.

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST)

--------------------

Download Farbar Recover Scan Tool for 64 bit systems and save(or copy and paste) the file onto your Desktop

Right click on the icon and select Run as administrator

Note: If you receive any warning about the download it is a false positive and you can ignore it. Click on More info to get the Run anyway option

Click Yes to the disclaimer

Click Scan and allow the program to run

Click OK on the Scan complete screen, then OK on the Addition.txt pop up screen

2 Notepad documents should now be open on your desktop.

Please attempt to copy and paste each report in a separate reply. If unable to do so attach both reports.
