cant download

I hope you can help...I go to Big Fish to play games and I have downloaded some games from there but then one day I couldnt download anything...not even attachments in my email. When my computer starts up it says I am missing gvcfglib.dll file ...reinstalling it may fix the problem. Does that have anything to do with me not being able to download anything? I've tried saving the file but that doesnt help either. I'm at a total loss with this. What could I try to fix this problem?

It may do but also that file gvcfglib.dll comes up with some suspicious references to adware software and in GameVance, Here and Here
