    Hello All,

    First off, I have the latest version of IE, and I'm running on XP with all updates.

    My problem, as the title of this thread suggests, is that I can't enable or disable IE toolbar options.

    When I go to view/toolbars, all the options (Standard buttons, address bar, etc) are greyed out, and therefore, I can't check them or uncheck them. The only option avaible to tamper with is "Text Labels".

    I know my problem may be linked to the "Lock Toolbar" option in IE, but I don't have that option at all. What gives?

    Anyhow, thanks as always for you time and patience with me.

    Thanks for the response,

    But unfortunately, I had none of these restrictions in my registry. In fact, for both the User Key and System Key, I have nothing beyond Microsoft;

    Example: For the user key[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions], I don't have Internet Explorer under Microsoft, and the same is true for the system key.

    Any other suggestions? Thanks again.
