    Hi,

I am following your steps on "READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support" but I am stuck on Step 4.

I tried to download GetRunKey.Zip from your link but it downloaded something called XPHomeFiles.exe. I unzipped it these 3 files from it:

    1. CONFIG.NT
    2. command.com
    3. AUTOEXEC.NT

You say to use Windows Explorer to locate the getrunkey.bat file and double click on it to run it. Do you mean do a web search for "getrunkey.bat"? That didn't work. Please advise.

    Benito

Downloading GetRunKey.zip (and ShowNew.zip) does not download XPHomeFiles.exe. Please read the directions. You are supposed to download the attached file at the bottom of the page. You only need to click the link for the fix files (like XPHomeFiles.exe) if you get the error message stated when running the .bat files. The .bat files are inside the ZIP file that is attached to the download page. Also note that Windows Explorer is not Internet Explorer. Windows Explorer is your system shell and it is also your file navigation, execution, searching tool. You get Windows Explorer by many methods. One easy way is to right click the Start button and select Explore.
