can't find intel ich8m-e/m sata ACHI controller

Hey, can't find an intel ich8m-e/m sata ACHI controller driver. I've been looking for hours and have a very slow connection. It's for a Toshiba Satellite M200. I need it to slipstream into XP with nLite so I can do a clean install.

I've tried the Toshiba and Intel sites, and loads of googling, and some of the ones in your sticky thread.

Thanks, I saw those but assumed they wouldn't work with mine as they didn't say ICH8. I guess I will try them if you think they will.

I've attached Everest report of the ATA at present, which is where I got my info from. The current driver has an oem5.inf file, which I assume is Toshiba's own version.

 

I tried that Matrix Storage driver from the intel site but there is no .inf file in it, even when extracted, so how do i slipstream it? I can't install it with the .exe as that can't be slipstreamed and XP won't work without the SATA driver included in the original disk.

 

Cheers Halo, but when I try to open it is says I can't open it as an archive. Not sure if it's corrupted or what.
