Can't find the right program to convert audio files....

I have been trying to find a freeware app that is small but is able to convert ogg files into mp3 format.I found one that does the job called freerip but it doesn't convert quite a few of the ogg files properly as it only converts part of each ogg file.The ogg files were extracted from the pc game GTA:San Andreas.The thing is that the ogg files each have 3 parts to them and freerip is only converting the 1st part of each file.

I have been searching here at majorgeeks for a similar app but cannot find one....Can anyone recommend one that can do the same things as freerip but be able to convert the whole ogg file and not the 1st part into mp3 format?

Audacity should be able to do it. I'm a novice at Audacity but here is a basic guide to have a read through. I'm sure there are Audacity forums that might give walk-throughs as well.

How are the three parts of the ogg file named? I'm curious now...I haven't used the ogg format in quite a while.

 

Normal ogg files have only 1 part but these are special ones.When I extracted them from GTA:SA using the GTA:SA music extracter I had 3 choices:Extract them them with no DJ,DJ#1 or DJ#2.I chose one of the 2 DJ options.According to XMplay they are listed as sub songs for each ogg file.

Isn't there anything smaller just for audio as that prog is too big to download atm?
