can't find unspypc files to delete in registry

    Have UnSpyPC virus. Followed Symantec's removal instructions but cannot find the files to delete in my registry. Need some help in figuring out how best to use your site to fix my problem. Please be gentle with a functionally illiterate 'puter user. Thanks.
