Can't follow your advice...

    Hi all...this is my first time to this site. I have a problem...

    I read the first post that said to clean out your comp, etc...I couldn't download the ccleaner because my computer all of a sudden will not go to certain websites. The bar at the bottom will sometimes load a little, but more often it just acts like it's loading and NEVER go to the page, no matter how long I wait. It's not all websites, but a lot.

    I ran spybot, and it found a few things like Virtumonde, RegClean, and ErrorSmart, but I still have the problem and the program finds them again later as if it never removed them.

    I am sorry that I was not able to do any research before posting here...what can I do?

    If you run into problems, let us know what they are and just continue on. One program that doesn't run does not mean that the others won't.

    You may need to download with a different computer and transfer via cd or thumb drive to the infected system.

    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
