Cant get into windows

Before Windows loads, it shows a quick blue screen and then turns off.

Safe mode won't work either.

I don't know the specs, I could maybe get them for you, from the guy who made it, but I know it was windows xp

where are u talking from now anyway

if u dont have any boot cd

try run windows xp recovery

insert the xp cd to boot from there

keep a lookout for an option to recover console

 

Well the broken PC is my mums, and I'm on my computer upstairs. ....They don't really want to enter my room lol, and I bought this one to keep it safe from mum and my brother.

We had a boot CD but it's not working :S

We don't have the XP cd but we have a win 98 CD
