   Uninstalled Norton can't install any other antivirus. Ran combofix now can't open anything with out illegal operation because registry keys marked for deletion warning. log attached

   If you reboot the machine all will be corrected, and you will be able to open programs again. Your post needs moving to malware removal. A mod will do this soon.

   I cannot see a mod online right now. My advice to you is to make sure you have been through ALL of the READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide
   
   Then make a new post in Malware Removal and attach the requested logs.
