Can't Get Out Of Safe Mode w/SuperAntispyware

I was going through the post of "Do this First" to remove spyware from my windows me computer. I used the SuperAntiSpyware to boot into safe mode simply because my computer kept freezing & on their file it said "simple & easy way to boot into safe mode".

Now that I got the HitBox, TA_Start, Vundo & the other crap off....it won't stop booting into safe mode! How can I get my computer to reboot in normal start up? HELP!

I went to Start - Programs - SuperAntiSpyware - & used their "BootSafe"

Under Safe Mode...there is NO SuperAntiSpyware "BootSafe"

 

Nope, it didn't work...I already had it in normal start up. I got mad & uninstalled SuperAntiSpyware & it still didn't work. So I went back to System Restore & restored my computer to the time that I had just downloaded the SuperAntiSpyware...it worked!!! Everything seems to be running fine now after going through the "Do This First" section...Thank you very much! )
