Can't get out of Safe Mode

I got into Safe Mode by going into run, msconfig, just like it says in the Read Me and Run Me for virus removal. Now I'm trying to get out, but there's no Run on my safe mode start menu. I rebooted and I hit F8 and got into SafeMode with network access (also in the ReadMe). Then when I couldn't get online, I tried to get back in Normal Mode by hitting F8 and selecting it. Everytime I select Normal it boots into SafeMode. I am stuck, help!

Login to Windows, whether Safe Mode or Normal, if you do not have a run box try the below two options.

First, right click on the taskbar and select properties. Click the Start Menu Tab and click the Customize Button. If you have "Start Menu", once you click the Customize Button, Click on the Advanced Tab and under Start Menu items scroll towards the bottom and check the box "Run Command" if it's not checked.

If you have "Classic Start Menu", once you click the Customize Button, towards the bottom where is says "Advanced Start Menu options" check the box that says "Display Run" and click ok.

If neither of these steps work, you can press the Windows key (shown below) and the R key at the same time and it should open. Once your able to get back into MSConfig, select "Normal Startup" and then you should be able to boot back to normal mode.
