Everytime I run Spybot, CoolWWWSearch.WCADW comes up and I fix it but when I run Spybot again, it comes back. Can anyone help me?

    Welcome to Majorgeeks!

Please do not post HJT logs inline. Also please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

    - Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

    - Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

    Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis

Where have you been surfing and how long have you had problems. You have a bunch of problems and really need to follow ALL cleaning steps in my previous post. That means you should be attaching logs from BitDefender and PandaActiveScan. Then you should continue with the below.

    Look2Me VX2 Removal

After posting the logs (as attachments) from the Look2Me fix programs, continue to the below.

1 - Please EXTRACT all files from Qoologic Tool to its own folder - C:\Program Files\QoologicFinder . Then, DoubleClick Find-Qoologic.bat to run the tool. It should produce a log - Please attach that with your next post!

2 - Please EXTRACT all the files form RKFiles Tool to its own folder named C:\Program Files\RKTOOL. Then, Please boot to SAFE MODE and DoubleClick rkfiles.bat to run the tool. Let it run and then, when it finishes, look for a log at C:\Log.txt and please attach that log.

Now come back here and attach the Find-Qoologic and RKfiles logs as attachments.

I started reading the read and run thread. None of my problems are in the special remove procedures thread so I continued to the next step. I opened add/remove programs and found one of the malwares listed, MyWay Search Assistant, but there was no option to remove it. Can I move on to the next step without removing it or is there another way to remove it? Also, sorry about posting the HJT log; I'm new here and I was so concerned about the viruses on my computer that I missed the information I should have read before I posted.

If it does not allow you to uninstall, just continue with the other steps.
