Can't get rid of open file - security warning

I was going to try the free trial of Bookworm Deluxe...but changed my mind when the open file-security warning came up. So I clicked cancel...but everytime I restart my computer the open file-security warning comes back up...everytime it comes up I click on cancel or I click on the x...but it just won't stay away. Does anyone know how I can get rid of it once and for all? It has been on my computer for a couple months. Thanks.

 

It sounds like the install got hung up.

If you have a good antivirus and anti spyware, you could go ahead with the install, then reboot and delete.
