Can't get rid of this spyware :(

Okay, this has been bothering me for quite some time and i just can't figure out how to get rid of it. Every 3 - 5 min. I get a virus detection error for the file SSQRP.dll from Avast! Every time I click on delete it doesn't go away. It continues to pop-up over and over. When I try to load windows in Safe Mode, the entire windows just doesn't load up. Its a blank screen when I put in the password and it tries to load in Safe Mode. So I can't even delete this darn thing in safe mode either.

Any suggestions at all????? Thanks in advance!

Please follow the steps below:

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:
