can't get rid of this virus

I have this trojan.vundo virus and I have tried the readme and ran all the adware programs that you guys said to. My norton antivi picked it up and it says the objects infected is name is C:/WINDOWS/system32/pmkjk.dll so they gave me a program to download the vundofix.exe and I have ran that unplugged internet cable turned system restore off and tried in safe mode out, etc.. about ten times now and each time it comes back with not detecting the virus on my computer. Now I downloaded hjt how can I fix this do you guys need to see the log that way you can tell me what to do?
