cant get rid of TR/patched.AA.18 trojan/vrus, HELP

    Hi all

    I have not been able to get rid of this virus, i am cleaning a friends laptop.

    I have followed the readme first guide, and cleaning guide.

    i dont have access to xp disks at the moment so if we cando this without that would be great.

    i have attached all the logs.

    the files that avira keep saying are affected are
    winlogon.exe
    services.exe
    lsass.exe

    I have also attached the avira log, any help would be fantastic.
