Can't get rid of Websearch/Best Offers

I did a Hijack this log and deleted several entries for Websearch, but when I reboot and come back, it's in there again. Also, on my add/remove programs, there is a Best Offer entry that wasn't there previously (within the last 15 minutes) and also I cannot seem to remove a Yahoo! Messenger Explorer Bar, even though there are no Yahoo programs installed.

 

Okay, I used the tutorial for what to look for in the Hijack This log and now the Websearch buttons are gone, but the Best Offers is still in my add/remove programs.

Also, I installed the Sygate Personal firewall and it's giving me these messages, which I don't know whether to allow or not:
Application Hijacking has been detected
The application: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SPOOL32.EXE try to launch another application: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MPREXE.EXE

Application Hijacking has been detected
The application: C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL32.EXE try to launch another application: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
