Can't get rid of win fixer

Please read the announcement and sticky threads and do not post HJT logs unless they are requested and then they must be attachments to your message. Also the READ ME FIRST sticky thread steps must be followed first.

You have two choices:

1) Try to fix it on your own by attempting to follow this generic procedure:

2) Follow all the steps below and we will guide you thru it.

Please follow the steps below:

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.


After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:
