Can't get sound card to work

Hello!

I had some problems with computer, but what bothers me the most is that there's no sound. I'm not sure if it's only missing driver or something else, unfortunately I'm not too computer savvy :-o

The thing is, few days ago my Hard Disk crashed so I had it changed with new one. At home I installed Windows XP and some drivers I managed to find (I had computer home build and didn't get any drivers with it... :confused).

I tried to find them for sound card also, but can't get it to work at all. Maybe I'm just looking at entirely wrong place. I'm not ever sure what kind od sound card I have. When I opened the case, I found two things, on one it says RLT8100C and on the other ITe it8712F-A.

I also attached the report I made with everest if it helps.

I too have reinstalled Windows XP and now the multimedia audion controller does not have a driver. I can't hear!! Please help, this is what the Belarc report says:
