can't get to my site

:cry I'm in china and have been making a blog for my family. Now I can't get to it.I use IE and firefox. I have the same problem with both. IE says the site doesn't answer. It was working fine. The web address is http://emergemediapartners.com/robandbeth/
I am using vista.
When it comes to technical stuff I'm a dummy so go easy on me!

you have to put www. before the address

Where you able to get to it before from china? It could be blocked by the firewall china has. China is very controlling about allowing site access. www, is not required.

 

www. doesn't make a difference. Ya I was using it for about 2 weeks. Maybe I said something to offend the Chinese?

 

Goto start run cmd then hit ok, type in nslookup and hit enter, then www.emergemediapartners.com at the > prompt, then report back with the ip that comes up.

same thing i get, and it loads fine for me. Assuming you tryed rebooting, disableing any of your local firewalls, and what not.

 

ya, i tried all of that. There are a few sites that I just can't get to, but this is the first that I was able to and then all of a sudden I could get to it.
