can't Grab Audio from CD with StarBurn

    I'm attempting to use the "Grab Audio" function in StarBurn. I insert a commercial music CD in my CD drive. The drive is recognized by Windows XP. The CD plays in VLC media player.

    When I click the "Grab Audio" icon in Starburn, the disc size is shown as "blank". When I click "Next" in the wizard, a message pops up that reads: "Disc is blank. Please insert disc with audio content."
