Cant Install because of port

    I've been trying to install a program but when almost finished I get the message that it cant install because the TCP port 9421 is blocked or in use, and I should check my Firewall and anti-virus program.

    What are they talking about??:confused

    It's a Trial version of Corel's PDF Fusion.

    I went searching for the tcp port 9421 error and discovered that it is most likely an Akami error. This company serves up lots of downloads. Apparently it happens diring installs of other programs too.

    and http://www.akamai.com/client

    There should be a way to open a port but I can't tell you how to do it. I've been searching and haven't found anything useful.

    Thanks for your efforts Plodr. After checking out the Corel website and their forums (support for this program doesn't seem to exist)I've decided that this program isn't worth the effort.
