Can't Install Road Runner, Virtual Truck Error

I just bought a new Dell XPS 400 and when I try to install the Road Runner CD a message pops up saying that "Virtual Truck has encounterd a problem and needs to close" and then the installation automatically quits. The error report error signature says "appname: vtruck.exe Appver:1.6.3.0 ModName: vtruck.exe Modver: 1.6.3.0 Offset: 0082ed2" and the details are " information regarding the condition of VirtualTruck when the problem occured; the operating system version and computer hardware in use; your Digital Product ID, which could be sued to identify your liscense; and the IP address of your computer." Also now when i restart my computer an error message pops up-"Cannot find a file necessary to continue Virtual Truck setup: E:\VTruck.exe" I don't really know what to do so if anyone could help me out at all I'd really appreciate it. I'm not sure either what information that needs to be known about my system so I'm going to just copy and paste most of it.

Virtual Truck is basically a program which installs Road Runner Medic.

This is off topic, but if you have a router on your modem, you do not need to install the Road Runner CD to get online. Matter of fact, you do not need the ISP software at all.
