Can't load any webpage

Now that my icon problem is fixed, I have another with my PC (Win7)

Up until about 3 hours ago, my internet was fine. Everything loaded (a lot slower than normal) but still loaded. I fell asleep for an hour or so and now I can not load any webpage except Google. In both browsers, Firefox & Chrome, I can load Google, enter my search but once I click on any search link, the screen goes blank and notching will load. Sometimes, I'll get "page can't be displayed", this goes from Wikipedia to Facebook to even Major Geeks.

I've tried what I know (which isn't much lol) which is restart the PC, power cycle the modem, ran some AV scans (all clean), fiddled with gateway settings, released/renewed the IP and while I can ping all of these websites with no loss, I can not access them from my browsers.

I can not imagine what could have happened while I was asleep. Noone lives here with me and the PC was turned off at time, so I am at a complete loss(which is why I put this here, not sure of the problem) so pleeeease help.

Posting this from my phone, so if I need to download anything or what not I will need to wait until work tomorrow and load it on a flash drive. Thanks all!!
