Can't load Kaspersky 6.0 AV

My Computer shows a Sophos anti virus 4 and won't load unless I remove it. I did and it somehow is not completely off my hard drive. I can find no mention of it in windows explorer or add/remove programs. I ran the Malware removal guide as intructed and I found 3 trojans in the SYSTEM folder that I can't remove.

How do I get the trojans off and install Kaspersky?

Hi

Please attach the other requested logs from the guide, ShowNew, Counterspy or AVG Antispy, these logs are required as not all scans pick up all malware on a PC, which is why this group of logs are used.

Thanks. I think I just fixed the kaspersky problem. I removed a registry key that the search did not pick up and KAV finally installed. However I am still working on removing those trojans. I will post the other files soon.
