can't log in to some web sites

I can get to all the web sites I want; except when I try to log in to some of them, nothing happens. Like bleepingcomputer.com I ran this program called Paretologic Privacy Controle which seems to remove all kinds of files besides my privacy information.
Then I started to have this problem ofnot being able to log in. I am running XP windows media center edition and using explorer 7, was there some files removed or plug in or something taken out by this program? I would appreciate any suggestions or just some help please. thanks in advance.

does any one know what this program really takes off?
