My daughter's laptop is infected by worm.win32.netsky. Internet Explorer would no longer open, so I have followed all steps in Read Me First using flashdrive from another computer. Had no problems, up to Windows XP Cleaning. After running SAS, upon reboot I cannot log on user account, in either normal or safe mode. Looks normal on booting up but when I click on user account it says logging in, saving your settings, logging out.

Is there a way to do a system restore from safe mode with command prompts, or some other solution I could try?

Do you have your Windows XP CD?
