Can't Log On!

When I try to go on my computer it will not let me log on, I'm on my mother's computer right now. But I supply the correct password but and it starts to load, for not even a second I can see my wallpaper and then a screen appears saying logging off, then it logs me off, I cant go to any control panel and cannot reach anything on there... Please help me, I really want my computer to be fixed, if you know about this, and know the damage it brings, please tell me!
