Can't login normally after downloading a virus program...

I accidentally downloaded and opened a virus program and then it continued to screw my computer up, by not letting me login normally. I am only able to get on Safe Mode, so I'm not able to provide a log for SuperAntivirus and strangely RootRepeal as well. RootRepeal displays a "Could not read the boot sector" error message to me, even after I tried to adjust the Disk Access Level.

Please tell me what you need more. I'll try doing what I can do.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

You downloaded and run ComboFix from the below location:

    c:\users\user\Documents\ComboFix.exe

Please download and save it now to your Desktop as was requested so that you can follow are next instructions.

Is your copy of Spyware Doctor a paid version or a trial you just downloaded? If a trial, uninstall it now.

Uninstall the below old versions of software:
    Java(TM) 6 Update 10
    Java(TM) 6 Update 7

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C255C8A-E604-49b4-9D64-90988571CECB} - (no file)
    O2 - BHO: NCO 2.0 IE BHO - {602ADB0E-4AFF-4217-8AA1-95DAC4DFA408} - (no file)
    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {7FEBEFE3-6B19-4349-98D2-FFB09D4B49CA} - (no file)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [19513724] C:\ProgramData\19513724\19513724.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [wextract_cleanup0] rundll32.exe C:\Windows\system32\advpack.dll,DelNodeRunDLL32 "C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\IXP000.TMP\"
    O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [wextract_cleanup1] rundll32.exe C:\Windows\system32\advpack.dll,DelNodeRunDLL32 "C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\IXP001.TMP\"
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Microsoft] "C:\Windows\system\svchost.exe"

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

Now we need to use ComboFix to remove a bunch of malware files.
    • Make sure that combofix.exe that you downloaded while doing the READ & RUN ME is on your Desktop but Do not run it!
      • If it is not on your Desktop, the below will not work.
    • Also make sure you have shut down all protection software (antivirus, antispyware...etc) or they may get in the way of allowing ComboFix to run properly.
    • If ComboFix tells you it needs to update to a new version, make sure you allow it to update.
    • Open Notepad and copy/paste the text in the below quote box into it:
    • Save the above as CFscript.txt and make sure you save it to the same location (should be on your Desktop) as ComboFix.exe
    • At this point, you MUST EXIT ALL BROWSERS NOW before continuing!
    • You should have both the ComboFix.exe and CFScript.txt icons on your Desktop.
    • Now use your mouse to drag CFscript.txt on top of ComboFix.exe
    • Follow the prompts.
    • When it finishes, a log will be produced named c:\combofix.txt
    • I will ask for this log below
    Note:

Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

After reboot, now install the current version of Sun Java from: Sun Java Runtime Environment

Also delete all files and subfolders in the below folders except ones from the current date (Windows will not let you delete the files from the current day).
    C:\Windows\Temp
    C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp

Now run MSconfig and put your PC into Normal Startup mode as was requested in step 1 of the READ & RUN ME.

Now run Ccleaner. Only use the Run Cleaner button. Do not run anything else on any other forms.

Now download the current version of MGtools and save it to your root folder. Overwrite your previous MGtools.exe file with this one.

Run MGtools.exe ( Note: If using Vista make sure UAC is still disabled. Also don't double click on it, use right click and select Run As Administrator )

    Now attach the below log:
    • C:\ComboFix.txt
    • C:\MGlogs.zip
Make sure you tell me how things are working now!

Failed to uninstall Java updates in Safe Mode.

    Unable to locate lines:
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [19513724] C:\ProgramData\19513724\19513724.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [wextract_cleanup0] rundll32.exe C:\Windows\system32\advpack.dll,DelNodeRunDLL32 "C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\IXP000.TMP\"
    O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [wextract_cleanup1] rundll32.exe C:\Windows\system32\advpack.dll,DelNodeRunDLL32 "C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\IXP001.TMP\"
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Microsoft] "C:\Windows\system\svchost.exe"

Previously while waiting for your reply I have scanned the registry myself and deleted most of the fake anti-virus program's registries (i.e. 19513724) and:
    C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\a.exe
    C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\b.exe
    C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\c.exe
    C:\Program Files\Spyware Cease
    C:\ProgramData\19513724

After copying the quoted lines onto Notepad and saving it as CFscript.txt on desktop, and dragging the file onto ComboFix.exe on the desktop, the computer suddenly restarted on its own. As usual, I login back into Safe Mode to complete the next line of instructions.

    Cleared files in:
    C:\Windows\Temp
    C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp

As I've put my PC back into Normal Boot Mode, ComboFix.exe suddenly pops up and does what it wants to do. I let it run and then afterwards I restarted, which brings me into this HUGE MESS right now. Every time I boot up my computer right now, it displays a BSoD to me, even with Safe Mode as well. Sometimes it shows "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL", "PAGE _LOAD_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" or it tells me that "A crucial system file is missing, corrupt or damaged" and Windows Startup Repair is unable to solve the problem. I am now using Spashtop to go online. Please help!

You need to give us the exact word for word error message and error number if any is given.

What do you mean by Windows Startup Repair?? What did you run?

Your next step will be to run the below if you still cannot boot up properly.
