can't open help and support or msconfig

    I've looked over the other threads with similar prob's, but...

    I can't open help and support, or open msconfig via 'run'. Done a hijackthis but didn't want to naff anyone off by posting it here. Have done scans with various prog's eg zonealarm and spybot, but still can't get to either help and support or msconfig (regedit is accessible).

    Hello!
    Nope, 'fraid not; it said the registry had been checked and the prog couldn't help with Help and Support.

    Go to C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf. Right click and choose install. Have your CD handy.
