can't open links in IE8.

Hi guys. Windows7 IE8. I can't open email attachments. The "Compose" and "reply" buttons come up with a JavaScript error. Also links in windows that I open do nothing. I've tried changes in security settings like "allow script initiated windows without size constraints" and "Navigate windows and frames across different domains". These worked on a similar problem at work but not my PC at home. Everything works fine using Google Chrome, so I figure this has to be an IE8 issue. Can anyone help me out?

Try start >all programs>accessories>system tools> internet explorer, (no add-ons).

iE 8 comes loaded with add-ons and accelerators, some of these seem to give problems with some web-sites.

 

Thanks brandypeppy. Unfortunately that didn't work for me. I'll try some other stuff later.
