can't open search, or control panel & get error message when we launch browser

I have no clue what is going on, but this problem started a couple of days ago. Every time we launch IE, we get the "windows explorer has detected a problem" message. In IE, we can still open browser, but search, and control panel close and we can not get to them at all. I've followed the instructions, ran Spybot and have downloaded hijack this. In any case, here is the HJT log, if that helps:

As you likely already know is that malware is a massive pest these days and does its level best to hide itself in any number of places, So just a Hijackthis log will not show all the malware that can be on your PC, the full guide of our steps below has a few other logs that show alot of the malware on your PC and where they are located,

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
