   This is a weird one: all of a sudden, when I type a new email (or forward one) I can't move the cursor within the text with the mouse. I can use the arrow keys, etc, but the mouse doesn't seem to want to work. It's not a hardware problem, because I can move the cursor using the mouse in a form on Firefox, etc. (like this form). What could I possibly have done to cause this??

   Did you just install any new programs?
   Are you running as Administrator?
   Do you have any Add-ins installed that may be causing the issue? (Click on Word button in top left corner once the program is running> at bottom of window Click on 'Word Options' > Add-ins)
