Can't print from my mother wireless lap top, plz helpKiL

sometime last year I set up my mother pal top and my sis pc, (they are both wireless) to print from my printer which is connect to my pc.

Last night my mother brought to my attention that she could print anymore, that she gets an error message.

So I tried to pring from my sis pc and it comes out with the same error message that i get from my moms lap top which basically says this document failed to pring.

THen it shows the name of the document, the printer host, a timestamp on when i tried to pring, then Click here to open the print queue, and then for assistance, click troubleshooter on the help menu.

Which I tried and nothing was helpfully from that.

In the printers and faxes file, on both the laptop and sis pc, the printer shows up there, and for status it says ready.

So im guessing it does see the printer but for some reason wont print, cane someone plz help me out with this?

 

after more looking around I noticed that b4 I was able to connect to my mothers laptop and sis pc through my PC and i see that there pc's don't show up on the network anymore... wtf is going on?

i 4got how to add them again
