Can't Print

Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU - Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz 2.39 GHz
Memory(RAM) - 3.00 GB
System Type - 32-bit

Printer - Canon MX320 set as default printer.

Printer problem with a brand new Canon but also had the same problem with a Lexmark.

In Windows Mail it will not print the body of the email. If trying to print somethying in MS Works it says I need to install a printer and the same with trying to print a PDF doc.


I can print from note pad, word pad and some internet pages but not all.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure all canon drivers are updated.

It's a brand new Canon and just installed it about 2 hrs ago. I had the same problem with the Lexmark after updating the drivers. That's the reason I bought a new Canon because I could find nothing else wrong and thought it was the printer.
