Can't read file error

Here is the error I get whenever I attempt to play a streaming MP3 link:

LOCALS~1\TEMP\7bc6077o .pls could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Let's try this again ....try running ccleaner ....often see problems related to temp files (delete it).
