Can't read file error

Here is the error I get whenever I attempt to play a streaming MP3 link:

LOCALS~1\TEMP\7bc6077o .pls could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

What's wrong?

Are you running an "earlier" (not updated) version of the Mozilla browser?

The reason that I ask is because I hear about this problem with regards to the inability to access/play streaming MP3 links and getting this particular 'error message' in many forums, particularly from Mozilla browser users.

I am running 7.2. CCleaner did not help. The links work with IE.
