Can't Read Poor Design Website Page - Help From Web Coders, Please

Hi,

This is the page I'm trying to read at:

To read the text, I have to enlarge the section, then scroll around by dragging. Trouble is, there's quite a lag and I keep overshooting because I have no way of knowing how much mouse action it picked up.

Is there a way to get just that part with the picture of the people in front of the trucks, and the text around it, which I'm fairly sure and hope will include the newspaper article, in some way that will just scroll normally with the scrollbars?

I tried saving the page to see if perhaps it would turn out there was an image that was being manipulated by the website but the only thing I found that might be relevant is a .swf and I can't figure what to do with it.

Copy the picture and zoom in slowly till you can read it.It's the way it is with this site.
