   Hi,
   
   I am trying to clean some malware (jjj.exe) off my computer and I am following "Major Attitude" 's Malware Removal Guide but I am unable to reboot my computer in Safe mode. I get to the right screen by pressing F8 but then the keyboard or computer seems to freeze and I cannot do anything.
   
   Please advise, should I just run the scans in normal mode or do I have a real problem?
