Can't remote shutdown

    In my lab I have 14 computers. Some of them work with remote shutdown and some of them don't. The ones that don't shutdown usally come up with an error saying "Not enough privelages" So how do I get privelages?

    So I have 2 questions-
    1. Is their a progy out their that will gibve me privelages or is their a way.
    2. Is their a progie out their that will shutdown my computers all in one.
